[Gojyo rolls his shoulders as he too stands up; he's being lying down for quite a while with a vampire on his shoulder. He then wraps an arm around Armand's waist as they head out.]

[Armand doesn't lean on him as much as he could, but he does take advantage of Gojyo's steadiness. He likes to have his arm around him. And he likes being able to abandon his cabin for someone else's.

When they reach Gojyo's cabin, he looks around with a certain amount of interest, and no objection to the fact that it definitely didn't cost a fraction as much as - well, probably anything in his old apartment. That was just a matter of display.]

It's nice [he says, after his moment of observation. It definitely has a less depressing aura.]

[It's even clean and relatively tidy, seeing as it's only been a few days since Hakkai was last over to clean. There are only a couple of clothing items thrown on the floor.]

'Course it is. [Armand doesn't have to be polite. It's all pretty ratty. But Gojyo does understand not wanting to deal with Memories, even if it means a downgrade in living standards.

He'll guide Armand towards the couch.]

--And only now do I remember to ask if you needed to bring anything from your cabin.

[There aren’t any actual rats. The exchange rate with memories works out well. He grins.] I will be able to endure.

[He does have everything he needs for the moment, just kissing Goyjo before sinking down on the couch.]

Thank you. [He keeps his voice light, because he knows Goyjo does understand.]

[Gojyo returns the kiss before delivering Armand onto the couch.]

You up for watching another movie that's kinda similar to the one we watched just now? Or would you rather do something different?

[What does "different" mean in this context? A couple of possible alternatives! ...but mostly exactly what you're imagining it means. Gojyo would honestly like to show him the movie he has in mind, though, or he wouldn't suggest it.]

[Armand has a vivid imagination in some respects, and no lack of interest. But if the Barge has anything it has time, and he's genuinely interested in what movie Gojyo is thinking of.

After all these months, he feels he knows Gojyo enough to know that the offer is a real one.]

I'll trust your taste. [A little teasing, but despite their... interests not always lining up, he still has enjoyed a number of Gojyo's suggestions.]

I haven't actually watched it yet, so no promises there. But I know the story it's based on.

[He happened to spot a copy of The Butterfly Lovers at the library the other day and was excited! But he... did want to watch it together with someone. It is, perhaps, a secret favourite story of his.

He pops the DVD in, presses play, and goes sit next to Armand on the couch, wrapping an arm around him.]

[Armand leans against him, drawing his legs up to fold under him as he watches.

He doesn't know the story, though he's read and watched enough stories of lovers torn apart and then reunited by death that he's not exactly surprised by the beats. He always enjoys them, which is why he's hunted down so many.

The world can be a cruel place, so it speaks deeply to his romantic soul to see lovers able to find a way to be together forever when they escape it.

...He's not surprised that Gojyo enjoys these sorts of stories, too.]
