A big fire, huh.

[Funnily enough, Gojyo had been starting to think that maybe they should go slowly, focus on one body part at a time, but Katie's musings bring him right back to his initial plans for this evening.]

Well, if that's what you think might work, I'm thinking I can probably be of some assistance. [With his free hand, he reaches to brush a strand of hair from her face.]

An' you won't make me play friends first.

[ She doesn't have the time or the focus to manipulate someone else into this experiment. His easiness is really providing a valuable service! So she leans into his touch for a moment. Then she tosses back the rest of that glass of wine. ]

Nah, no need for that; I'm good just being pair of open arms... or hands.

[--Welp. He's quick to toss his own glass of wine back. It's not manly if he doesn't keep up!

But after that, he leans in to kiss her, if she'll allow it.]

[ It's been a while since she kissed anyone. No one on the Barge had really caught her interest. She likes pretty actor boys who don't know better than the likes of her yet. Likes to bruise their mouths when she kisses them a bit too long.

It feels small and faraway to remember. Everything inside of her has gotten so warped and confusing.

She pushes forward, leaves her own chair so she can crawl on top of him. Closer is better. More is more. ]

[Well then! It's a good thing Tendi's already gotten him quite used to forward, pushy women: Gojyo eagerly welcomes Katie onto his lap, wrapping his arms around her waist and enthusiastically kissing her back.

It's clear he's done this once or twice before, matching her pace and, while he doesn't love roughness in the bedroom, he won't mind a little bruising.]

...You wanna move this to an actual bed?

[ Not quite violent but certainly pushy. Not shy, and at the best of times she has the hunger of a black hole. This isn't the best of times, though. Rather than wanting to muss and bruise and mark, she just wants to be warm. She just wants to be anchored somewhere because otherwise she's lost in a darkness she can't control. ]

I know you can just pick me up. Can take me wherever you like.

[ Pun intended, probably. ]

Sure can.

[He grabs a hold of her a little tighter before standing up -- and if she's helpful enough to wrap her legs around his waist, Gojyo indeed has no trouble carrying her. If she won't, he'll shift his grip to a bridal carry. Either way: off to bed they go.]

[ She hooks her ankles at the small of his back and twists her fingers into the front of his shirt. She tugs, leaning back a little, like she's the one leading the way. But that's all flirtation. Her languid expression is smiling. ]

Atta boy.

[ Is it condescending, or do most guys just have a praise kink. ]

Gojyo is an experienced, considerate, gentle and attentive lover, and if she prefers it, he'll be happy to make this entire experience about her pleasure. It is supposed to be about making her feel better, after all.]
